Ingredients
- 1 cup of Quaker Oats Quickcook
- 500g Prawn (Medium Size)
- ½ cup corn flour
- Pinch of salt
- White pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- Cooking Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cloves shallot, finely chopped
- 1 stalk of coriander leaves
- 5 chili padi, sliced finely
- 1 unripe mango, sliced finely
- 1 carrot, sliced finely
- 5 tsp. Chili Thai Sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Garnishing
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Red Chilies
- 1 cucumber
Directions:
- Add Quaker Oat Quick Cook together with corn flour in 1 bowl. Stir thoroughly & put aside.
- Marinate prawn with black pepper, salt & Fish sauce. Add egg & stir well.
- Dip prawn into oat and corn flour mixture.
- Heat cooking oil in saucepan. Deep-fry the prawns till cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Add in the cooked prawns, mangoes sliced, cucumber, carrot, shallot, coriander leave & chili padi into dressing bowl.
- Mix well Thai chili Sauce & Lemon squeeze. Pour into the dressing bowl. Serve immediately.
